JOB DETAILS

As a siteminder administrator in the Foundation services team your responsibilities would include installing, administrating and deploying CA Siteminder.

Client responsibilities

► Will be installing and deploying CA Siteminder.
► Administrating CA Siteminder and supporting SSO infrastructure.
► Will be assisting in training others in installation,
configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of CA Siteminder Policy Servers on Win2K3.
► Will be assisting in training others in installation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting of CA Siteminder Web Agents on
the following web servers, IIS, Domino, Apache and IBM HTTP Server.
► Will be Administering CA Siteminder policy bases security to protect the Firm's resources and assets.
► Fluency with SQL and working with ODBC user directories.
► Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, often unsupervised.
► Responsible for oversight of some projects assigned.
► Assists management in the selection and retention of software applications, support staff, and on-going maintenance.
► Provides project management assistance to the Project Manager for any size project.
► Occasional night and weekend work and on call.

People responsibilities

► Should have good people management skills with ability to lead and motivate the team.
► Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff.
► Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training.
► Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

Skills Requirements

► BE/BTech/MCA/BSc
► Must have a minimum of 3- 5 years experience in an global
enterprise environment.SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008 is must.
► Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
► Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultative and project
management skills strong judgment and analytical ability.
► Ability to work effectively with clients, management staff
members, venders and consultants
► Project planning and project leadership skills.
► Ability to interface with cross-functional technology teams.
► Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
